It's magic, got to be magic. The Blue Devils pull another one out of the hat. Duke never led in the entire game until about the 5 minute mark of the second half, but adds another notch to their belt beating State 78 to 73.Seth Curry led the scoring for the Devils with 26 points. Mason Plumlee pulled down 12 rebounds as the top re-bounder for duke, even though State out rebounded Duke 39 to 31. Duke's shooting was off, only shooting 36%, but that didn't matter to Duke, they have magic, no other way to explain it, it's just magic.
State was tough, it was almost impossible for Duke to make a shot inside, and they had the guards covered as well. The foul trouble hurt State, If it hadn't been for State getting into foul trouble I don't think Duke would have been able to come back on N.C. State.
