Duke Takes Down Temple

Kyle Singler had 28 points and Mason Plumlee had 13 rebounds to lead Duke to a 78 to 61 victory over Temple. The win takes Duke's record to 26 and 2. Temple moves to 21 and 6.

I give the whole Duke team credit tonight. The whole team played good tonight, both first and second team, they all had a part in this win tonight. Even though a few players scored more this was a balanced team effort.

Duke shot 48% and pulled down 34 rebounds. They turned the ball over 11 times, but they caused 11 turnovers by Temple. The Blue Devils also had a good night at the line shooting 94%. Duke's next game is Sat, Feb 26 against Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va. at 9:00 p.m.
